• We will be in touch to let you know how much your order will cost before we submit the order

• We will be processing one bulk order per month. The deadline to submit and pay for your order is the last day of the month

• Our order cannot be processed until all payments have been received

​

• Once all payments are received, the order will be paid, and we will receive your shoes the next working day

​

• You will receive your order upon your next visit after the shoes have arrived​

​

• Please try your shoes on a clean surface, preferably carpet, in case they need to be returned. Dance shoes are meant to fit the foot closely, as they will stretch over time.

• If you need to return your shoes, please let us know, and then send them back to the following address with recorded delivery.
