> Why should I sign up to a plan?
Signing up to become a member will hold you accountable for attending weekly sessions. We believe that training should be consistent & making small improvements consistently over time results in greatness (Kaizen).
> I am not a member but I would like to try a class for the first time...
Don't worry, you do not have to become a member to try out a class for the first time, please opt for the pay-as-you-go option when booking your class.
> I have to cancel a class booking, will I be refunded for the class I have missed?
Should you have to miss a class you have until the end of the month to rebook that session. Spaces in classes are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee space will available when you go to rebook.
